At Mankeshwari Agro Services
We take pride in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of all agricultural products and garden supplies through reliable courier partners. While most products are shipped from our Pune warehouse, some items may be dispatched directly from suppliers.
If you receive a product with damaged, broken, or tampered packaging, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at mankeshwari@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2-5 working days from the date of placement.
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days for Pune and nearby metro cities. Other locations may take 3-7 working days, and remote areas may take up to 10 days.
- Products above 5 kg may be shipped via surface transport, with delivery taking up to 15 days.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service issues or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
Return Policy
Our “Easy Returns” policy covers products that are:
- Damaged, defective, or broken
- Not as described on the website
To initiate a return:
- Take a clear photo of the damaged/defective product or tampered packaging.
- Email a Return Request to mankeshwari@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery, including the reason for return. Requests after 2 days may not be accepted.
- We will verify your request and confirm approval via email or call.
Returning an item:
- If reverse pickup is available, we will arrange a courier to collect the product.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship to our warehouse. Upon receipt, an eCredit of ₹200 will be provided.
- The eCredit for product value will be issued within 24 hours and is valid for 6 months.
Shipping Precautions:
- Return products in original and unused condition
- Include all labels, price tags, original packaging, and invoice
- Pack securely to avoid damage in transit
- Mention Return ID and retain courier tracking ID
Warranty/Guarantee Claims
As distributors, we do not handle manufacturer warranty claims. Customers must contact the product brand directly for warranty services.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days after verifying the issue.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit if payment was made in cash.
- Cash refunds are not offered.
- For returns generated without accepting delivery, shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products.
- Refund requests that do not meet the quality criteria may be rejected.
